4:01 pm	Life just keeps getting better! OK, I know I wanted to know about this DragonCon thing in advance, but now I have to wait until AUGUST and I'm already excited! Susie, did you look at the celebrity guest list? Teal'c is going to be there, along with a bunch of Star Trek people whose autographs I'll have to get so I can have a killer Christmas present for my dad. Well at least it's some good news, I need it after the day I had. I found out I'm going to have to have a root canal done on one of my teeth, and I'm not looking forward to it! Well I'd rather have it hurt for a while that have to pop asperin every day like I have been. Anyway it's not like I can say no now, the dentist already took all the pulp out of my tooth! That's right, I now have a hollow tooth. I am a hillbilly. And on that note, I will talk to you all later. Oh by the way, "300" is a great movie and you should all go see it right now. 9:09 am	Let's do it! Hey, DragonCon sounds great and Atlanta sounds even better. Just let me know when it is so I can put in for vacation leave asap. I have a feeling that since my boss resigned and my partner put in her two weeks notice, getting away will be even harder than before. Anyway I hope everyone else is doing well. 10:41 am	Welcome Back Cat! I just wanted to let everyone know I did not forget that Cat was back in the U.S. Speaking of which, Cat is your cell phone number still the same, because we obviously have a lot to catch up on. Anyway there's not really much to going on in my world. Work still sucks but it should get a lot better as soon as this one girl either turns 18 or gets kicked out. I hate to say it but either way it's probably only a matter of time before she ends up in jail. She is such a frustrating person because anyone who knows her knows that she is smart enough to get into just about any college she wants. The only thing that's holding her back is her behavior and the fact that she thinks it's either her way or no way. I think if she could just pull her head out of her ass she should be fine, but until then it's touch and go. Anyway that's my rant for the day, thank you for listening to crazy ramblings. 3:54 pm	My latest rant. Hi everyone. It's been said before but I'll say it again, I miss ya'll too. Speaking of Susie, don't look for a roommate for that condo of yours. I don't remember if I told you but I'm probably going to see out my year at Quakerdale then move on to something else. So give me about 6 months because I might just consider moving down south to be with the gang again, if you'll have me for a roommate again. Anyway, everything else is going pretty well. Spending most of my off time hanging out with my cat ( I'm the life of the party arn't I). Well I hope we can get together soon. Cat, let mw know if you'll be stopping home before moving to NC. 6:39 pm	OK, here's why I'm really confused about weather or not my boss likes me. She tries to find any way possible to keep me with the company, such as sending me to different campuses to make sure I get all my hours in. But when I do have a stable position she works me half to death ( two 5-day shifts in one month!!) and makes me reconsider if it's all really worth it. But on the bright side of things, I am a lot happier now that I'm in New Providence. The kids have their moments, but they actually listen to me there. It's been a lot of lessons learned the hard way, but I am making a lot of progress. Oh, just to update, Angel (my cat) is doing fine. She does have FIV, but she can still live a good long time if I can keep her healthy. Well that's just about all for me. Oh Susie, I still need your address, just e-mail it to me. See you later! 9:36 am	All New Info!! Hey everyone, i realized that it's been a while since I posted so I decided to update everyone on the goings on in my life. I have officially transfered to New Providence, and I must say it is very nice to work with kids who actually listen to what I say and don't start punching each other at the drop of a hat. I really like working with girls and I hope I will be able to stay with Quakerdale, but the down side to my new position is that I may be laid off after next week. My boss is doing everything in her power to keep that from happening (thank god she likes me). Well, more of that story to come. There is some good news, I've adopted an adorable little kitty. I found her outside the cottage I work in and I just couldn't help myself. She's all white, her name is Angel, and I think she already has attachment issue with me. If I leave the room she starts meowing and gets up to look for me. I think she'll get over it though. Well, until next time my lovlies. Current Mood: indescribable (Comment on this)

3:33 pm	There's light at the end of the tunnel! Hey everyone, good news, I don't have to quit my job! I'm going to be transfering to the New Providence campus next week. The job isn't in the program that I wanted but there is still hope a position will open up once I get there. 7:58 pm	I'm too burnt out to think of a subject Hey everyone, not really much to update you guys on. Work sucks, I'm giving serious thought to quitting and taking a nice quiet desk job. So if anyone knows of any job openings near Marshalltown give me a ring. Anyway, Cat when are we going to come see you. 7:43 pm	Shiva Rea is my new James. Yeah, I think I've gotten really out of shape. I just got done doing a yoga DVD I ordered and it totally kicked my butt. Anyway, Susie I have the first weekend in September off. Let me know if you still want to do the Dragon Con thing, it sounds like a lot of fun. Cat, how are things going in India? 5:16 pm	Well, I think I'm finally getting the hang of my new job. You would not believe the paper work that has to be done for every little thing. Anyway I have tonight off which is a good thing because I have a 14 hour day tomorrow. I may actually have a work week that's only 40 hours long pretty soon because they've finally hired more people. I really hope all the new people stick around because that would make life for the boys, and all my co-workers, a lot easier (when they're happy, I'm happy). (Comment on this)

8:11 pm	All work and no play... I think the subject pretty much expains it all. In the next six days I will be working 70 hours!! But on the other hand I really have nothing else to do so I might as well be working, right? Anyway, New Year's in Singapore sounds like a dream come true. At this rate I'll probably be so burnt out by then I'll have to go half way around the world just to keep my sanity.
